Anthony Giorgio, President / CEO

Anthony Giorgio, Owner, President of B&G Industries LTD, B&G Electrical Contractors of New York continues the tradition of two generations of hands on leadership and oversees the operations and production of B&G, as well as the development and marketing of the low voltage, telecommunications and data technology divisions. Mr. Giorgio’s education, alongside his extensive industry experience; has made him an industry leader and trailblazer in the practice of integrated technology driven contractor systems throughout the B&G Industries LTD. organization and among his professional peers.

Prior to acting as Vice President, Mr. Giorgio began his career at B&G as an apprentice working his way up through the company ranks, and in 2008, was charged with the responsibility of the managing B&G’s subsidiary,Pathway Systems Design, LLC (PSD). Under Mr. Giorgio’s direction, the cabling infrastructure business, which preformed independently as PSD, was consolidated and incorporated within B&G’s construction arm. This strategic re positioning allowed Pathways to maintain a specialized focus on network services, while building out the construction arm of B&G and upgrade services offering. Shortly thereafter in 2011, after the PSD convergence and creation of a B&G low voltage division; Anthony Giorgio was appointed Owner of B&G Industries LTD., and named the institutions Vice President.

Mr. Giorgio received his degree from the Business Program at University of Colorado. Is an active member, through B&G, of the National Electrical Contractors Association (N.E.C.A.) and the New York Electrical Contractors Assoc. (N.Y.E.C.A.) On behalf of B&G, Mr. Giorgio holds requisite certifications as an authorized installer on all low voltage systems, and, is RCDD certified.  Under his management and direct leadership, B&G Industries has completed over $50 Million in leading electrical construction projects.

James Giorgio, Jr., Vice President 

James Giorgio Jr., Owner, Vice President of B&G Industries LTD, B&G Electrical Contractors of New York, James oversees the overall performance and strategic direction of the enterprise. At the start of his career, James embraced every facet of B&G, where he devoted his time to engaging and mastering a multitude of processes involved at every level of the organization.  During this time and discovery era James successfully supported and cultivated best practices while strengthening his team and his direct management and leadership positions within the organization. Mr. Giorgio Jr. succeeded his father, James Giorgio Sr., as President and CEO in 2011, and today has cultivated B&G Industries LTD., as one of the top leading specialty contractors in New York and the industry as a whole.

Mr. James Giorgio drives key fundamental practices within the B&G firm.  His primary focus are in four key areas: the safety of all B&G employees; driving ‘excellence’ in the projects and services standards B&G provides to its clients; delivering financial results that allow for an investment in the future of B&G and conducting B&G’s business with the highest level of ethical standards within every facet of the now multi-unit enterprise.

James received his degree in Finance from Fort Lewis College. He holds electrical licenses in jurisdictions throughout the New York City metropolitan area. He is an active member, through B&G, of the National Electrical Contractors Association (N.E.C.A.) and the New York Electrical Contractors Association (N.Y.E.C.A.).

James Turner

James Turner, Chief Financial Officer

James Turner has been the Chief Financial Officer of B&G for the past 27 years. He is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, Internal Revenue service and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry.

Prior to joining B&G, James was the Controller for Air Machine Corp, a subsidiary of AB Electrolux of Sweden. James has both his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Master of Science in Accounting from Long Island University, CW Post Campus.

James is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).

Susan M. Pascale, General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer

Susan M. Pascale joined B&G as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in July 2014. In addition to serving on the executive team and managing B&G’s legal affairs, Ms. Pascale also manages B&G’s corporate responsibility, philanthropy, community outreach, ethics and compliance functions.

Ms. Pascale joined B&G after six years with AWL Industries, Inc. where she served as AWL’s General Counsel and Executive Vice President. In this position, she was responsible for the daily legal affairs of the company, consulted on general business issues, operations, strategies, financing and capitalization. Prior to AWL, Ms. Pascale had a diverse commercial litigation practice.

Ms. Pascale received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies, with a concentration in Political Science and History, from Washington College.

Gino Graziadei, Chief Operations Officer

Gino Graziadei joined B&G at the beginning of his career as a journeyman. After proving himself as a journeyman and, subsequently, as a foreman, he was promoted to the position of Project Manager in 1998. As a Project Manager he successfully completed numerous large scale and notable projects such as Memorial Sloan Kettering Breast Imaging Center and Rockefeller University’s Collaborative Research Center. Thereafter, he was promoted to Director of Project Management where he supervised 250 electricians and numerous project managers. In 2014, Gino became B&G’s Chief Operations Officer. As the COO, Gino oversees all aspects of B&G’s construction operations with primary responsibilities including the daily management of the estimating, project management and risk management departments, sharing of best practices and development of operational talent. He also has daily interaction with B&G’s clients.  Gino has become an accomplished Senior Executive with proven success, extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of the electrical contracting industry.

Michael Ferrante

Mike Ferrante, Director of Maintenance and Small-Scale Work Operations

Mike Ferrante, started in the electrical contracting industry through involvement in IBEW Local Union 25. Mr. Ferrante’s role at the company includes overseeing all aspects of the maintenance and service department, involving a 24 hour-a-day commitment as B&G strives to provide 24-hour-a-day emergency service to health care and major retail customers. He is responsible for both the Long Island and Queens offices.

Joseph Cassar

Joseph Cassar, Director of Pre-Construction Services

Joseph Cassar has worked on a variety of projects with B&G. Mr. Cassar brings a very in-depth approach to electrical estimating and risk management. Once a project is bid and awarded, Mr. Cassar begins a methodical process of isolating risks in projects material cost and schedule. Mr. Cassar has also worked closely with client representative teams to propose solutions that add value to the client’s facility while managing cost.

John Zielinski

John Zielinski, General Superintendent

John Zielinski started in the industry in 1979 in Local #3′ s apprenticeship program. After completing the apprentice program, Mr. Zielinski went on to work in the field as a mechanic, sub-foreman, and foreman. Mr. Zielinski started with B&G in 1994 in a foreman’s position and, in 1997, accepted the position of superintendent. The role of superintendent includes job site engineering and operations of all projects in New York’s five boroughs, Westchester and southern Connecticut.
